Yoga, Pilates & Fitness
For yoga retreats have our own yoga tent installed at Can Verru. You may also make use of the smaller yoga terrace upstairs, with sea views and ample shade.
Meditation tent and yoga terrace fully equipped with Yoga mats, Yoga blocks and Yoga Belts. Small Pilates balls, Large Pilates balls.
For fitness retreats there are Medicine balls, callisthenics bars, boxing gloves, small dumbbells and elastics.
If you wish to teach your own reformer classes, then there also the option to hire the on-site studio which has 8 reformers. The use of this Pilates studio comes with an additional cost per hour, and reservations will be dependent on their availability. Please get in touch here for more details and the brochure.
