If you are a lover of the great outdoors then our multi-adventure yoga holiday Montenegro is for you.
Montenegro is a beautiful and yet still untouched country just outside Europe, bordering Croatia. It has everything you could dream of, mountains, vast lakes, sandy beaches, waterfalls and wild swimming areas. We have planned a week to showcase all that this untouched area of the world has to offer!
A new location for us, situated in the north close to the Kotor Bay and in the Lusitca peninsula. There is so much to do in this area, so we have planned a vibrant schedule full of activities – guided hike, boat trip, a day trip to Kotor, beach and, of course, yoga!
There is still time to relax by the pool and rejuvenate at the local spa. This exhilarating culture, beach and hiking yoga holiday in Montenegro will be an adventure you won’t forget.
If you love the great outdoors, join us on our 7-night multi-adventure yoga holiday in Montenegro.
Your retreat includes a scenic boat trip, where you’ll explore the Blue Cave, Mamula Island, Submarine Tunnel, and the enchanting Lady of the Rocks in Perast, cruising around the infamous Kotor Fjord, with stunning views surrounding you 360 degrees.
Another highlight is a guided hike through Lovćen National Park, offering breathtaking views and a chance to immerse yourself in Montenegro’s stunning natural landscapes. You’ll also enjoy a day trip to Kotor, where you can wander its medieval streets, follow the legendary Kotor Ladder trail to a spectacular viewpoint over the bay, and explore the ancient Kotor Fortress.
Relax on the beaches of Mirista or Žanjice for a more leisurely day, a picturesque 2km walk from the villa. If you’re feeling adventurous, hire an e-bike and explore the charming villages and rolling landscapes of the Luštica peninsula.
In between your activities, unwind in the villa’s tranquil spots, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings. For the ultimate relaxation, a spa just 15 minutes drive away offers rejuvenating massages, perfect for easing any post-hike tension. Being so close to the beach, you can also choose to have long relaxing days in the sun, and enjoy reading a book and swimming in the Adriatic Sea.
Feel invigorated by nature, hikes, swims and yoga, having met new friends and shared many happy memories. The yoga will be in the garden shala and dinners will be inside or outside on the terrace under the stars.
Venue
You will be staying at a beautifully restored venue on the Luštica peninsula, at the sea entrance to Montenegro’s breathtaking Boka Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Adriatic.
This stunning venue blends authentic restoration with modern comforts, offering spacious, ambient interiors, lush gardens, and a swimming pool. Delicately poised between village life and untouched nature the villa is a sanctuary for relaxation where birdsong and the gentle hum of bees create a peaceful retreat. The owner of the villa is Serbian meaning the style and furniture is of Serbian/Montengran style.
The villa boasts beautiful outdoor terraces, perfect for reading, journaling, or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, or unwind in the spacious and inviting indoor areas, ideal for relaxing as the evening sets in.

Helen’s wellness journey began 16 years ago, drawing from her background as an endurance athlete and studies in exercise physiology and nutrition. After traveling the world and working as a personal trainer, she trained as a Pilates teacher in Marbella, Spain. About the Yoga
Morning Class
Our 1.5 hour morning classes are designed to help you awaken your body, focusing on energising and invigorating your body, ready for an exhilarating day exploring the stunning scenery.
Evening Class
After your day hiking, exploring or relaxing at the beach, return to the olive mill to unwind and relax tired bodies with a restorative evening yoga class. This gentle session will vary each evening and include pranayama and meditation to help mind and body really let go and allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Cuisine
The food in Montenegro is special. Local, seasonal, and as fresh as it gets. We use a combination of the local market, bakeries, delis and small shops for our supplies.
You can expect delicious salads with the most amazing tomatoes and olives, wholesome meals to nourish and fuel your adventures, and freshly baked bread. We even sample some local sweet treats (the Baklava is amazing!) for the perfect fix after hikes.
You will enjoy brunch and a two-course evening meal while lunch will be at ‘home’ in the garden or even as a ‘packed picnic’ to take on our adventures! Of course, everything is vegetarian or vegan.
We will cater for any dietary requirements, just let us know in advance. Our chef is Nafia Harding. With a flare for the colourful, Nafias’ culinary creations are as beautiful as they are absolutely delicious! Nutritionally balanced, plant-based and from the heart you will leave each meal feeling satisfied in every way.
