The house used to be a farmhouse for the people inhabiting it and a community based on the old inhabitants of the island of Ibiza.
While preserving the typical Ibiza style construction, which used local mud, stones, seaweed, pine trees, and more, a new comfortable feel has been given to it. The house is a heritage property and most of the original construction has been very carefully preserved.
The six-bedroom property sits in a tranquil countryside setting on 150,000 m² of land and enjoys stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains, providing an atmosphere of privacy and serenity.
Santa Gertrudis is one of most tranquil parts of Ibiza, located in the heart of the Island, where the energies and ideas of the north, south, east and west of Ibiza meet and cross-pollinate.
Outside there is a covered porch with a dining table for 12, and access to a spacious terrace that leads down to the swimming pool.
